Live Card Table Beta

Players enter a lobby, create or join a named table, sit in an open seat, and the host starts hands once enough real players are seated.

• The server owns the deck, betting order, legal actions, pots, and showdown.
• Each player only receives their own private hole cards.
• WebSocket updates keep the live table moving, with fallback sync for development testing.
• This is a play-money beta build. Please report glitches so the table can keep improving.
